RAFAEL in the Community Rafael, a world-class, innovative leader in the defense industry, is committed to promoting and nurturing the quality of living of its neighboring community.
Rafael's employees act within the community on a voluntary basis, focusing on the following:
- Education –Scientific and technological enrichment of junior high and high school students.
- Aid for the physically disabled – Design and manufacture of special tailor-made accessories for disabled individuals in order to help them with their daily tasks.
- Community Centers - Embracing and support of centers for disadvantaged or disabled youth and adults. The activities include providing advice on management issues, improving the physical conditions in the centers, providing any help needed in organizing social activities and tutoring and counseling for disadvantaged youth.
