A unique, sophisticated reactive expendable torpedo decoy, SCUTTER covers the entire frequency band of torpedoes and has very high transmission source levels. SCUTTER receives, detects and identifies the torpedo threat and reacts with a tailored or generic response.

SCUTTER's response overcomes all modern ACCM logics, including Doppler, elongation and range gates, as well as highlights discrimination.

Up to five SCUTTERs are used to provide excellent and cost effective defence of the submarine and surface ships by seduction of the modern torpedoes. SCUTTER is available as a training device that can be reused several times.
