The DLV-52 is an advanced full-duplex communication system that provides a continuous real time point-to-point communication link between an airborne platform and a tracking ground station.
The airborne air-to-ground communication link (downlink) provides a flow of imagery information at data rates of 120 Mbps, along with a low rate channel for telemetry and tracking functions.
The ground station communication link to the airborne platform (uplink) provides a secure link for command and control.
